I have a pair of these beauties in black oak. They are very well-balanced with exceptional clarity. The sound stage for these mid towers is unbelievable. I am so happy this retro brand has been revitalized, and when I say revitalized, I mean technically sound, high end materials of construction, and with craftsmanship an audiophile deserves. These are a true work of visual and audio art for real audiophiles. I love taking off the magnetic grills, so I can see the beauty underneath as well. I can’t believe the price point. These should be easily $1,500-$2,000 for a pair. You won’t be disappointed in this investment.

As a college student, I do not have much disposable income to spend on hi-fi equipment, but I saved up to buy a good quality system that would last for years. It was truly a blessing to happen upon these affordable, excellent-quality floorstanding speakers by KLH Audio, a well-renowned company that has roots as far back as 1957 in this field. As a history major, knowing that KLH is deeply rooted was important to me. There was nothing old-fashioned about the clear, crisp sound that came out of the speakers-I had never heard some of my favorite songs sound so good before. I listen to a wide variety of genres and artists – from reggae to smooth jazz, from Bob Marley to Nina Simone and Frank Sinatra. All of them sounded awesome on this set of speakers, almost as if I was at a live performance. I use everything from cassette tapes to vinyl, digital and CD’s as well, and everyone superb enough to seem as if I was seeing the artists live in concert. Worth every penny, I would recommend them for anybody to use, audiophile or beginner alike.
