Does KLH accept credit cards?
No. We are not currently set up to process credit cards. However, plans are currently underway to establish an online store. When that project is complete, we anticipate that payments can be made by credit card through Pay Pal or some other online pay service.

Does KLH have service centers?
No. We have opted to internalize all repair services at our facility in Van Nuys California in order to maintain tighter control on our product.

Can I walk into your facility with product for repair or replacement?
No. In order to properly serve you, we respectfully request that you ship all warranty repair/replacements to our facility.

What do I need to send with returned product covered under approved manufacturer warranty?
Your name, return address and phone number where we may reach you during the day. Additionally, please send a legible COPY of your receipt and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

Are you affiliated with AudioPhase?
Yes. AudioPhase is another brand name owned by KLH. Inquiries for AudioPhase product may be submitted to us via this site's "Contact" page.
